brilliant! Small businesses are the heart of the economies, they all should get down below 100. Especially Pfizer. And the government, but somehow they exempted themselves-- classy.

I'm all for getting around or defying the mandates but discriminating because of someone's personal health choice seems like just what the baddies are doing.

It isn't the "vaccinated" vs the "unvaccinated" ... this is more divide and conquer BS that they are pushing. It should be all free people against the authoritarians and their "mandates".

I think what the boss did here might end up being wise. If one of the vaxxed employees gets sick, the media will jump all over him and blame him for it and the government will use it as an excuse for totalitarianism.

That is a valid dilemma, but there needs to be someone standing up for the pure bloods and this was not done out of malice or spite but out of necessity.

This sounds like something I would do. I knew a guy that used to go through his employee's parking lot just before every election and pick out who to fire based on their political stickers. He didn't like Democrats

Business with more than 100 employees should split into several smaller businesses that are each smaller than 100. Then "contract" each other for the services they lost in the split.

More paperwork but also lots if tax writeoffs.

I think he did the smartest decision he could because after getting that shot you're going to start having a lot of problems maybe not instantly but it's going to screw up business when you're relying on someone and they can't make it. And since a company with more than 100 people would have to force all their employees to get it or they would have to fire the employee the employees that do submit to it I believe you should be able to and there probably is a way of suing your employer after forcing you to do that, if you end up suffering because of that. The person that was being responsible for that then would be employer because without that employer you would have not have done that.

It may be a smart buisness decision but I don't think we should allow businesses to discriminate based on health risks associated with the clot shot. This was not a free choice. Especially when it becomes apparent to all the sheep that this shot is extremely harmful. We can't let them create a class system by which they will divide us.

Unfortunately businesses and society will have to absorbe this harm. And the blame needs to be placed on the ruling class. Before we punish the vaxed we need to execute every gates, Rothschild, Fauchi, pharma executive, and congressman.
