I'm no expert, that seems like it might be a poor air defense design. Presuming the target is to be bombed, flak right at the target means the bombs have already been dropped. Better, imo, would be to have the flak further out along potential avenues of approach, so you can knock them out before they get to the target. And really, some ground to air missiles would only be an improvement to your defensive capabilities.

Probably because the inaccuracy of that meme has annoyed me for years. That used to be their mantra on v/greatawakening.
