It sucks that Sky News are the ones pushing this story. A notorious right wing channel with way too much power over shaping elections in Australia and scant regard for the truth or democracy. Unfortunately, they may have stumbled onto the truth here, and politics will prevent this story being heard by many.

Presuming this is native advertising for some client, who do you speculate the client is?

Australia is struggling against China at the moment, but I would have thought that Russia would be largely disinterested.

Would this be an effort by the Chinese communist party to undermine vaccination efforts in Australia, to drag out the economic damage from the pandemic to give China an edge in the trade war?
