I'm pretty sure they started burning books in Germany because doctors were trying to create transexuals by transplanting wombs into men, killing them, and castrating gay men.
The doctors involved who weren't Jewish then ended up working in the camps continuing their experiments there.

They were burning books because Hitler was pissed the best and most popular authors were Jewish. Hitler and the Nazis were trying to limit Jewish influence.

That's not why it started though.
Most of these things started as public grievances which were then picked up by the Nazi government turned into anti Jewish policies.
Much like how mass extermination actually started with a letter from the father of a disabled child asking permission to end their child's life.

Google is compromised. For example do an image search of "happy black woman" and then do an image search for "happy white woman". It's a real eye opener. I use DuckDuckgo.com for a non-comprimised search engine.
