Thats just what happens when people lose their balls and their brains.

Those who work and pay taxes and abide the law pay for all this shit. They are slowly being enslaved step by step. They work hard trusting it will improve their job market value and their wealth while at the same time their money is diluted away by the fed and stolen by politicians.

The western societies have no efficient culture of tackling degeneration. On the contrary, they aggravate and accelerate the process by creating a welfare state and by socializing individual risks and hardships.
