Where are the parents in all of this? Why don't they demand that the administration be entirely restaffed for allowing this?

They potentially don't know about it. They potentially don't care. Parents may not want to rock the boat and receive negative social feedback from their communities. I'm not sure. All the moms that I keep contact with through my children are mama bears and don't put up with shit. I will say that at the schools here, people that are not parents (as in just community randos) are allowed to be involved with and join the PTA. To me, that flies a massive red flag.
