Bin and weight limits has been a thing for garbage pickup since forever. Any sort of racial bullshit you're putting onto this is simply projection.

    One woman being able to lift a garbage bin once doesn't mean a garbage worker can do it 5 days a week, 6 hours a day, for 15+ years, without destroying their body. This is just basic repetitive strain injury shit.
