I think you're making a joke, but chicken heads are a thing. A lot of times the girls tell their bfs to wait in the car while they fuck or suck the dealer hoping to get cheap or free drugs. I used to see that all the time back in the day. Often they paid full price and got what they paid for, but still blew the dealer so "he will hook it up fat." They thought they were getting extra drugs, but usually they only got what they paid for and we'd all laugh about the cucked bf.
