Nasty example assault and battery. Occasioning at least actual bodily harm and possibly grievous bodily harm.

But she's not knocked out, which is good. That usually means that there's no significant brain damage once the concussion wears off.

When you're knocked out, you drop like a rock. You don't sit down against a pole.
