keep in mind that bots can be fully automated and they can also be fully automated WITH THE OPTION TO HAVE A HUMAN THAT MONITORS AND SOMETIMES RESPONDS... so even tho this suspected bot account just had an obvious human reply does not mean that it isnt a bot.
