China can eat a giant bag of dicks. Yes, the USA is rotten to the core and likely had a hand in funding the Wuhan lab that leaked the virus that is now wreaking havoc on the world, but at least they pay lip service to certain principles unless your name is Julian Assange. I'd prefer tyranny that at least has the decency to be covert.

Laws are ideally a reflection of the morals and the culture of a people. The Constitution was never a perfect document but it was a good document and it was a reflection the people of America for along time. America isnt run by Americans anymore. The constitution does not reflect the values of the people that control america. Its just an inconvenience that they can subvert with legal loopholes.
