Yes, the totalitarianism was craftily implemented: the government themselves aren't forcing the people to wear masks, because that would be against the charter of human rights. Instead, they are forcing businesses to require people to wear masks. Businesses aren't people, they don't have human rights, and therefore this is legally acceptable. Then the business says, well you are on my private property, you will shop by my rules.

Problem here is that Canada Post is still government property, so they can't do this.

Agreed! Although this CP counter is within a private drugstore. HOWEVER, it's the CP employee who called the cops, and so I agree, this is actual government totalitarianism.
