I'm saying we have a, somewhat, balanced legal system, that may be in peril. The trial is not yet over, I assume not all evidence has yet been heard. The legal Presumption of innocence unless proven otherwise in a court of law is a vital concept for ALL Americans.

(Personally, I have not yet fully formed an opinion. Early days, as already stated.)

If we presume he is innocent, why is he in jail? If we presume he is innocent, why is the government prosecuting him?
