He did end up being presented as president. Whether that corrupt 'win' was was an actual win or whether it's elder abuse is a different matter.

But as that 'Q fellow' said, you're watching a show. Xiden, ZioTrump, Soetoro, Shrub, Clinton and all the rest are part of the show they put on to mesmerize the masses. The most important thing is to believe your vote matters, and that it's that other political party who're the baddies.

There are a lot of layers to it, and they put a fair amount of effort into curating the experience. Even I got sucked into Trumps rhetoric, and came out of voting retirement. Then you look at his results on White conservatives, and the country as a whole.

Great actor though. Gotta love how the director sold Trumps role to the right by having the left constantly call him a racist misogynistic nazi white supremacist. ("They wouldn't do that unless he was /ourguy/!1!") Writers had a clever twist to the scene where his character got written out, by openly exposing the 'cheating', then had Trumps character repeatedly stab his followers in the back on the way out the door.

Ha, bit of an overreaction to your three word comment, but I do not like this show.
