Ethylene oxide is a known carcinogen What evidence do you have that it comes in contact with people having a Covid test? If not contacted it's not a problem, unless people want to start eating Covid tests as if they were Tide pods.

It's used in the uk to clean all the swabs, pre-swabbing. So you get a fresh sniff right up at your blood-brain barrier at the end of your sinuses.

That is a strange thing to do. Benzyl alcohol would be a superior solvent to use, and is not gonna give you cancer. Amazing that no one bothered to check this.

Actually if you combine benzene with vitamin c you will get a carcinogen.

Benzene is a known carcinogen. Benzyl Alcohol is not and is safely used in medications and other items.

I wouldn't trust anything starting with benz-. If you get the right concoction it could react.

I have had a few dozen tests for work. The only thing you come in contact with is a sterile Q tip.

Ethylene oxide is the sterilizer being used in all UK swabs, at the very least. May be used in other countries as well.
