Yep. The same technocratic propaganda games were being played by the fascists and communists back then as well. In some countries, it was the fascists that the "winners" used for their excuse for totalitarianism and in others (like Hitler and Germany) it was the socialists and communists that were blamed. You never heard about pro-liberty groups at the time. The mainstream wasn't reporting on them.

the phrase "Hans, are we the bad guys?" will take on new meaning to many liberals when the full horror of what they are so actively pushing takes hold.
