I had a doctor like that who lost his DEA license. He was a good guy, he wasn't trying to get people high but there is no test for pain. Some people are going to try to abuse it and when we get really strict like we are now with pain meds, people suffer. People are suffering.

There are people getting major surgery with little to no pain medication for it.
