I await some reliable report you have the right person. A person of that name surely was with the Capitol Police a few years ago. He was decorated for valor having been wounded protecting the United States. Other than that, nothing pops up.

Nothing wrong with a trial if there was a crime. If the shooter was this guy. But of course we must use all the tools to ensure we do not make a mistake. As of now, I have not seen any indication you have the right guy.
