The states have a duty to protect the Constitution when the federal government has fallen to tyranny. We need to pass comprehensive state's rights legislation nullifying every federal law, executive order, and judicial ruling that violates the Constitution.

Nullification? Another great ol' idea. This time it's sure to work.

Cool. So most Americans like our form of government just fine. You have no special right to take it from us.

        Texas v White, 1869.

More to the point, it did not work the last time your lying politicians tried to get people riled up. It will not work next time. Go ahead, try it.

Well, then it must not be established law.

Go ahead, try it. Your silly ideas failed in 1865 and will fail again.
