Not sure how how abortions are communist-only, but whatever...

(a) Foreign Assistance Act Of 1961.—Section 104(f) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2151b(f)) is amended to read as follows:

“(f) Prohibition On Use Of Funds For Abortions And Involuntary Sterilizations.—None of the funds authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available to carry out this Act may be made available—

Okay. So far so what.

“(3) to pay for biomedical research which relates in whole or in part, to methods of, or the performance of, abortions or involuntary sterilization as a means of family planning;

And that's the real reason for the bill. To prevent researching the reproductive process in humans. Any research into those areas can be misconstrued to be a possible avenue towards abortions, thus all research towards the reproductive process would be halted without politician-approval.

That's gonna bite us in the ass in a few years when other countries are doing medical research we can't participate in. imo part 3 of this bill should be re-written to be more specific in what it intends to ban or be removed completely.

Seems to me that stemming funding into abortions and sterilizations serves the opposite purpose of genocide. If anything, figuring out how to now effectively abort and sterilize human reproductive systems would control population more easily than not.

Side bar, Vlad Tepes was based. He was Wallochian royalty, father murdered by muslims who kept him around as a pet, rose thru their ranks until he had enough clout to go take power of his homeland, and systematically destroyed his enemies and demoralized any who survived from trying that shit again. Either nukes start flying and the Australian economy skyrockets (if they can remain semi-independent when it's over) or things keep chugging along slowly until large populations of people run out of food forcing the cycle of revolution to begin again. This one bill isn't going to prevent that.
