It's breaching everything. Today I got a notice the Appalachian Mountain Club (organization that does all sorts of conservation and trail maintenance throughout the Appalachian mountains) was live for some meeting, it was about how to get people of color out on the trails, a big circle-jerk of white liberals from white states patting themselves on the back for pretending subaru drivers must be racist, and wondering why places like Vermont (99% white) didn't have more black people on the trails.

They could mention all the opportunities for rape, robbery, and murder, with little chance of a police response.

It's a stereotype of white liberal outdoor enthusiasts. The crowd making up most of the hiking communities. The notion that they're racist is ridiculous, which is what I'm pointing out.

Also, I drive a subaru myself.

It seems to never end, and getting worse. I was able to never take any of those courses in my past job, but go to any company and most will try to indocrtinate you with some critical social justice bullshit, companies detroying themselves from inside

I don't believe this for one second. The whole problem with it is rich white people who have zero exposure to minorities get off on touting how anti-racist they are, while not bothering to move to diverse areas.

It's a much bigger problem than that, but the zero exposure to minorities factor probably does make the plan more successful among that demographic.

I like to write to corporations to complain about their lack of representation of my white asian male children in their black female products, accuse them of failing to have inclusive diversity programs. Slowly gaining traction on twitter, too.
