Absolutely. Though I don't agree with Biden on this, state AGs making arbitrary political rulings like this - as if they could overturn Federal policy - should be disbarred. It's frivolous political posturing while the AG should be doing his actual job.

You mean arbitrary political rulings like sanctuary cities? Sorry buddy, but the precedent has been set. Judges can now go rogue. Granted, the left has the full force of the fascist and illegitimate federal government/media/banking complex on their side to crush dissent, but they still have to operate with a facade legitimacy. Expect a lot more of this, like 2A sanctuary cities.

Hopefully you know that all of this is political gesturing, by the judge and Biden. It's theatre. If there's one thing both parties agree on it's the arrival of cheap labor, to work for the 1%. Republicans give the impression that they are against this, while they also make sure that their policies do not interfere with most of the immigration. Their voters are duped, as usual. Democrats show their voters that they will continue to try to protect the human rights of these immigrants, which are often violated by Republican policies. And hundreds of thousands of immigrants were also deported during Obama's years in office. In practice this immigration problem has become a non-issue, because approaches by both parties are merely gestures. Deportations will continue when there is an overflow if immigrants, as has happened for years. 'Sactuary cities' are only misleadning talking points by right-wing propaganda companies. The fact is that the 1% want undocumented workers. Forget 'sanctuary cities' and think more about 'sanctuary states'. It's insane and the political discourse is merely smoke and mirrors.

I distinctly remember having heated arguments with a friend of mine over all this during the Obama era. Her argument centered around illegal immigration being great, and the only way that we would be able to maintain having affordable fruits and vegetables (complete with frequent e-coli breakouts as a bonus, hurrah!). I don't understand why it can't be strictly enforced. We're not the continent's mother.
