There doesn't seem to be any evidence that he went there to shoot it up. He just chimped out. I have no doubt that he chimed out without a reasonable cause, and turned his gun in the white crowd out of racist intent, but there is no evidence.

Difficult to say. Could be they like bowling. They may have gone there to steal. Could be they had a personal beef with somebody, then ended up firing indiscriminately because scumbags. Whatever the reason, it’s not immediately obvious that this was racially motivated or even a planned mass shooting.

bigleaguepolitics.com obviously wants you to think this was a racially motivated attack on random honkies, but the fact is that "the motive remains unknown." Moreover, because killed only one person, perhaps that person, or someone nearby, was the target. Its unlikely that he planned a "mass shooting" with a handgun.         what is known is that Jamel Barnwell travelled from inner-city West Philly to the overwhelmingly white suburb of East Norton in order to perpetrate a random mass shooting at the town’s local popular hangout, Our Town Alley.

        We also know they identified this "shooter" in an unbelievably short period of time, in an era where is the complete norm for everyone to wear face masks.

        On top of that they have incredible luck (literally incredible) finding photos of this known shooter holding a firearm, with a conspicuously present high capacity magazine.
