Maybe if, instead of insightful or fun, we could rank items by the level of the pyramid they belong in. Perhaps then people would reach for higher levels. Or is it that posters confuse the words insight and incite?

Excellent idea. Top of the pyramid could be 'insightful' and bottom could be 'inciteful'. Somewhere in the middle could be: 'meh'. Perhaps if we could get the attention of /u/magnora7 for this...

It's an interesting idea. I feel like the voting button would be huge though because it'd have to have all the levels of the pyramid next to every post, but if that can be solved then it sounds very cool
