The question isn't if the virus is real.

The question is do we shut down society for it..... For a virus that most people will die while having covid, not from it.

The mitigation efforts, masks and lockdowns are failures. They placate a people whose religious beliefs are statism or some version of moral relativism, that the government is in control of all the things and can keep us safe and save us by following prescribed procedures.

But.... Masks don't work well enough right now, that's why you should double mask. Or triple mask. Or... And lockdowns... Lockdowns worked so well last time, we are going to do it again.

Again, this might be part of your religious beliefs to have the govt keep you safe (whether you know it or not).. but when this is the case it's time for the country to split apart, because the constitution might be a dead document for all of us now, but I don't have the same belief system as you, and neither of us want to share a country together.

Sorry for your loss, but either they didn't quarantine properly, or the quarantine doesn't work at all. There are no other options that I can see. Either people will catch it anyway, or people are not quarantining properly.

However, many have been brainwashed to quarantine regardless of how effective it is. Unless, of course, you are furthering a political agenda, in which case pandemic is not applicable, apparently.

He was at a nursing home. No one was allowed to see him, except the irresponsible nurses that eventually gave him the virus that killed him

I literally signed back in to respond to this. I lost a grandfather to this, so they say although they never really checked, they just assumed and got angry when my grandma asked for them to make sure. Unlike you, I am not being a little wuss, using my grandfather's death as a way to control or guilt others. You blame the nurses? How old was your grandfather? Mine was 78. He was in decent health prior to getting sick. Guess what, Poofter? Old men are likely to die when they get sick, unless they have enough money to drown out the bills.

You blame the nurses without any proof. You blame the maskless without any proof. You have no decency.
