"microaggression" was invented to shore up the gap between the reality how white people conduct themselves around minorities and the narratives of judeo-leftist atrocity propaganda. Simply put, white people don't abuse minorities. White people don't aggress against minorities. So "microaggression" had to be invented to gaslight white girls into believing that they'd been abusing minorities subconsciously all along.

Had there every been any evidence that microagressions actually harm people?

I'm pretty sure irl when they look at people who feel looked down on or marginalised it rather drives them to do better and they have better outcomes than average. Immigrants tend to do better than the settled population. Women in highly sexist countries are more likely to pick high earning careers like STEM than women in more equal countries.

What will happen is a kid will lose a eye and then that hair style will be banned for all girls because this one girl couldn't be sensible.

I actually had a rule in my school that girls could have braids but no beads because they'd had so many injuries.

The thing is teens aren't going to think of all the consequences of their actions because their brains are just no good at that. This is why they need rules and they need adults to be able to point out their stupidity to them without a backlash.

This happened in college. The cheerleader is 20. She should have known better. Instead she used the race card to attack a coach who was just doing her job and protecting the other cheerleaders from this irresponsible cunts actions.

This is just one example of the toxic culture of the left.

She does know better regarding safety. They're taught accusing people of being witches to get what they want is morally acceptable, and every single time the schools reward this behavior.

However the part of the brain which makes you aware of the consequences of your actions doesn't fully mature until 25 so people don't unfortunately magically stop thinking like dumb teens at 18.
