And the OP could have linked a to a newspaper article rather than this racist opinion website, which uses as its evidence another racist opinion website.

The facts are that the poor child died from blunt force trauma to the head, by one of two people, or both of them, and it's not known if - for example - the child fell down the stairs. This couple is likely guilty, but they're not (yet) proven guilty by a court of law:
