    You are correct, however weed in effect lowers IQ (not literally afaik, but has an effect somewhat like that, i.e. slowing your processing power) with extended use. And ALL drugs cause people to react to things differently than they normally would, almost universally in a detrimental manner, leading to almost universally bad decisions.
