In an ideal world, there could be independent trade organizations providing contract shablons, or...
In the real world, unconscionable contracts are already illegal. A contract that allows one party to freely harm the other party if they fail to follow the party line, is clearly one-sided.

Please do tell me more about this concept that an unfair contract is illegal in the US. Look at my contract with my credit card company, it is very one-sided. It even prohibits me from taking them to court. Yet it is perfectly legal & enforceable.
But of course this all goes back to crying that things are so unfair for DJT. It is just unfair that companies do not want to do business with him.

No, I don't think they can cancel all laws with a contract. Slavery is illegal nowadays.
Such contracts just say they want everything your state allows them to take. You can still sue them if they try to take more.
The situation with such contracts is possible only because the government makes regulations to protect customers from harm. And everyone knows such regulations exist. We would have better contracts otherwise.

Again, you seem to be wandering off course. Many contracts require non-judicial arbitration of disputes. They also commonly prohibit joining a class action. This has been ruled legal many times.
