The thing is that in Western wokism that pic would be considered diverse. No joke.

Basically because white narratives have been given prominence anyone not white given power is considered diverse. So a government filed top to bottom with disabled black trans women and no one else would be be considered diverse to them because they are comparing that to the whole of western history since the enlightenment not to thinking about diversity in the group itself.

This is a problem because all the push for diversity comes from research which shows it produces better results, bigger profits etc and that research is based on diversity of opinion/pov/background within groups not the new woke definition they just made up. So they are twisting language to say something is good when the evidence says the complete opposite is the case.
