this is heavily documented, a quick search of google for "stimulus gender study" brings it up on many pages.

this was one big reason that the stimulus checks were so delayed, because pelosi presented to the president a 5,000 page document,(i saw trump standing in front of this document, it was about two feet thick) and in these 5,000 pages were some really stupid payments going out, there was one where they wanted to give several million to some country so that they could count fish in the ocean.
