The two seem to be about the same. Covid denier, vote denier, holocaust denier, moon-landing denier. Different in detail, the same in type.

You probably know that using the word denier is a dishonest rhetorical attempt to discredit someone via negative connotation. If you would please, Nema, hold yourself to a higher standard than engaging in gutter semantics such as this.

I am using the word denier because Earendil is denying there is a pandemic. Can you think of a better way to say it?
