The "blacklistednews" invented DNA in the context. mRNA doesn't change DNA, rather it's being produced from DNA.

Also notice that in moderna press-release, archived: https://web.archive.org/web/20210105232904/https://www.modernatx.com/mrna-technology/mrna-platform-enabling-drug-discovery-development there's no mention of "DNA operation system".

I'm not a big fan of all this stuff going on, but a blatant lie is much more worse strategy.

CDC, and they’re just phrased awfully instead being deliberately wrong. “ mRNA never enters the nucleus of the cell” - the mRNA the vaccine contains indeed never enters nucleus just like the other mRNAs. The natural ones however are produced within nucleus, and then exit with no returning.
