    What the actual fuckery is this? Either the vaccine has side effect and people should be allowed to opt out regardless of anything. Either the vaccine works and doesn't have side effect and need to be mandatory to get herd effect.

    But allowed some people to opt out because of their skin color show that either they hate black people and the vaccine work. Either they hate white people and the vaccine doesn't work. what the hell is this shit.
