More like Lockdown economy. But it's fine to lock down now since it's biden. Surely it won't lead to more poverty, am I right?

Traditional that the GOP usually give the Dem successors a shit economy.
Biggest tragecy of COVID - other than the illnesses and deaths - has been it's impact on middle and lower class groups. It's helped the 1% with their class warfare.

Democrat lockdowns has caused the economic downturn.

Nope -
The US military knew of the virus in November last year, and politicians were well aware of it also by January, and indeed bought different stocks to hedge their bets on it. What they did not do is arrange for tests, quarantine, masks, and social distancing when other countries begain to implement these steps as early as February. Indeed, as the GOP (and some Dems) redirectred their investments to benefit from COVID, they supported the approaches by Trump, Fox News and others that COVID was a hoax, a China flu, &c, and did not help implement basic safegards. Millions were arriving at airports without any tests or quarantine well into the year, when other countries were managing their airports. The US became a leading spreader of the virus in the world, and the problem got much worse under the lack of leadership. Why were longer than normal lockdowns necessary and why did they continue (as opposed to approaches in some other countries) ? Because of the failure of the GOP, Senate, executive branch, and those who control policy in DC. If Dems had been in control, this would have developed differently, or if it hadn't, we could have blamed the Dems. Dem Governors have had to respond to bad approaches to national policies and propaganda (that COVID is a hoax, promoted by Twittler, his MAGAtards, anti-mask narcissists, and the retarded parrots at FOX, OANN, and elsewhere).

Nope, it was the Democrats who locked down everybody, failed to protect the vulnerable and quarantine the infected/sick!

I see now. While people were not in contact with one another, the the virus spread.

Only states with Democratic governors created tyrannical overreaching lockdown that drove millions to poverty, the people did not fall, and were supported by MSM coordinated hysteria. You are not providing an opinion you are outright lying.

Seems you're 'outright lying', as you mention something that is one of the talking points of the propaganda Fox, Sinclaire, Parler, and other forms of evil. See the facts here:

Democrat states/cities are most affected.

and indeed bought different stocks to hedge their bets on it.
This is Pelosi that he's talking about btw. Pelosi is the big one who made the news for doing this.
Which directly contradicts her campaign to get people out, specifically to China town, while Trump was taking precautions such as a travel ban from China, which dems all claimed was, like literally everything else in the world to them, racist.

Typical whataboutism. Georgia's senators are now famous for maneuvering stocks before the COVID announcements, as are other GOP senators &c. And yes, there are a few Dems who did this, and Pelosi and McConnell should have retired long ago. But both parties aren't the same. The GOP is screwing the 99% out of everything they have, because they've been in power, and could do it, and have a long tradition of doing it. The Dems haven't had the power to do any of this ,even if you want to argue that they might wan to (but wouldnt, per their tradition).
Re. Twittler's racism, he's been all hat and no cattle four years. Absolutely no credibility. Regardless of what he said, people from all countries continued to stream into the US without any checks, tests, or quarantine for months. The US handling of COVID is famous for its idiocy. Richest nation on earth literally fucks itself.

That's not whataboitism..... That's adding detail to the thing that you brought up, so you can't mislead people as you're clearly trying to.
You left out who was taking heat for it, implying it was republicans.

What's your point here? That he should have had a more strict travel ban? I'd have been okay with that, but if he did, you'd just be sitting here screeching about American oversees who got the virus and that the virus got in anyways since we take in thousands of third world migrants crossing our southern border every day.

Yes.. Democrats like you literally destroyed the country because of your irrational hatred of Trump. It was the most collectively childish stunt in the history of mankind.
Madcow - this entire post is whataboutist.
Put simply:
1) The 1% are making a fortune off of fools like you, COVID &c
2) Twittler is part of that 1%, and certainly did not help you, or even want to help you
3) Literally: But, but... but Democrats are the baddies because they hate Trump
It's juvenile, mate. Sorry to sound like a jerk, but you've got to face the facts. None of what you've mentioned here will help you with anything.

What's this have to do with your neglecting to mention WHO got in trouble for taking financial advantage of COVID19 news?
What's this have to do with anything either of us are talking about?
I'm pointing out you neglecting to mention WHO got in trouble for the thing YOU'RE bringing up.
You sound off your meds. Almost none of your comments make sense in their context. It's like you have no idea who or which thread you're replying to.

It's not that simple, you must look at how severe the lockdowns are.
Presidents don't have the authority to be responsible for what happens in Democrat states/cities.

"Leadership: Whatever happens, you're responsible. If it doesn't happen, you're responsible."
I'm merely following trump's lead, this mess happened on his watch, he's responsible.
