PayPal is not your friend. Last week they tried to take over Bitcoin. The company is a bunch of thieves. They have stolen from me to the tune of a few hundred US and have stolen a few thousand from a friend. You are especially vulnerable if you live outside the US. Avoid them whenever possible. Apologies that this is a bit off topic but you need to know.
