My only question.... is this real or a false flag?

I am interested to see what the reaction is to this by the French government and populace

Good question(s).

Looking into it earlier, I found that an "art student" had set the building on fire a few years ago for a "photoshoot" (which also strikes me as a contrived and probably fake reason), so this is not the first time.

It's also quite convenient how it comes at the same time they want to undermine the current institutions, so they can offer fedcoin, etc as responses to 2020.

Edit: When everything starts going your way, is when you need to be the most concerned - or something like that.
