Really? Isn't that obvious? No offense intended, of course. I just mean that anytime they omit names / race, you know the demographic.

Well, also some European countries have strict laws about revealing suspect's identities before conviction.

But it really does mean these guys are basically free to attack until they get put in prison, which with sexual attacks is usually a long time.
