Gore fought for a month, but Bush was already transitioning in. It was and is going to be too late to reverse the election results before any challenge could possibly be resolved. Biden will already be in the white house.

In an ideal world perhaps, but realistically speaking that's how I believe it's going to happen. Any court finding is just going to be contested and appealed and it might drag on, but all the while Biden will be functioning as the President. Whole thing might be finished in 4 years if they decided to push it.
