Not allowing manufacture is retarded. That is what causes terf wars and funds gangs and cartels. It also jacks up the price. That is good for the deep state because they are the top dogs in the illicit drug infrastructure, but bad for everyone else. One step at a time though.

No he meant what he said. If you fail to manufacture narcotics then the deficit will be made up in hormone therapy drugs, which will cause a massive spike in trans-identified individuals, thus leading the terven to wage war.
