The actual value of wages is constantly getting inflated away because the money supply is constantly being expanded through deficit spending and bailouts. We should have a min wage that is tied to inflation, and inflation should be measured by the cost of investment vehicles instead of manufactured goods that go down in cost due to automation. This will help keep people from getting trapped in the poverty cycle, and also put a constraint on how much currency manipulation can be done by the corruption class.
