The free market ended before Trump was born.

I think it ended when the gold standard ended. Because since then everybody who can front the money to open up his own bank actually can print money out of thin air.

True. But it was the only possible response to the attempt to destroy the economy under lock downs. Was it not?

It was not. The wealth of the people is being stolen through the manipulation of the dollar. Big businesses that should have been allowed to fail in a free market are being propped up while mom and pop stores are closing left and right.

Can not help but notice, how that you did not offer up an alternative.

Well, as Druullus said the free market ended far before Trump was born. Ending the Federal Reserve would be a good start. If we're talking about lockdowns, the economy never should have been locked down to begin with and Trump should have pushed back against tyrannical governors instead of criticizing Georgia Gov. Kemp for reopening 'too soon'.

Wait...

Is this the same free market that let the banks and airline carriers go belly up in 2008????

Oh, another ad for bitcoin. Investors must be preparing for another massive pump and dump again based on how often I've seen these covert ads recently.
