Lincoln was a party of the usurers. However, if Lincoln was not assassinated by the radical republican party to impose permanent public debt forever, he would have emigrated all African americans back to ther original countries.

The goal was a transition from cattle slavery and slave labor to wage slavery controlled by a centealized banking apparatus.
