Actually no. Let us look at the CDC figures:

Heart disease: 647,457 (per year)/365 = 1,773(per day)

Cancer: 599,108 = 1,641

Covid = about 1,000 a day

Accidents (unintentional injuries): 169,936 = 465

Chronic lower respiratory diseases: 160,201 = 438

Stroke (cerebrovascular diseases): 146,383

Alzheimer’s disease: 121,404 = 439

Diabetes: 83,564 = 229

Influenza and Pneumonia: 55,672 = 152

Nephritis, nephrotic syndrome and nephrosis: 50,633 = 138

Intentional self-harm (suicide): 47,173 = 138

By the way, deaths from all causes in the US are about 7,700/day.

But on our worse day, 17 April, about 2,400 Americans died of the virus. So at one brief point, Covid was the number one killer in the country.

But in any case, you are wrong. Now go upvote something on s/letterstotheeditor

I'm wrong when many of the number are actually higher? And you claim you are right because the average is lower then the one day high for covid? Nice of you to look up those numbers, because I pulled mine out of my ass. And now you have the real number to ponder.

Now add this to the list of non crisis events:

Medical malpractice 440,000.

I am very sorry. I do not understand what you are trying to say.

Did you look at this tweet I pointed out earlier? Can you even see them in the country you are in?

No. I cannot see them. You know, Saudi Arabia, good solid Tory government.
