I generally get every bug going around without any fore knowledge of what's affecting people. My wife is surrounded by sick people all day and she brings things home.

Boost your immune system. Vitamins C and D do wonders.

Any chance you have a protein deficiency? Are you following a restrictive diet?

Or maybe a zinc deficiency? I think you should get a blood test. You shouldn't be so susceptible.

Is your wife getting sick too, or is she shedding the viruses?

I don't get enough protein, I average around 25g a day and the bare minimum for my size should be 65g. Optimal is about twice that. I try to remember to take whey isolate to boost it but I'm bad about it. I didn't realize that could affect my immune system.

My micronutrients probably aren't great right now either. I have a crappy multivitamin that I haven't been taking. I used to spend big $$$ on the best forms of vitamins, like Naturelo, but I seem to tolerate Centrum Silver better.

The wife almost never gets sick, this last time while I had what felt like a nasty flu she only had a mild cough. Wish we could bottle what she has and sell it, it's really quite remarkable.

I really think you should see a doctor about this. Unfortunately, I can't give you much more advice.
