People are already fleeing cali. If the work at home continues for a lot of the tech workers, cali is going to leak like a sieve. cali evacuees have already driven up the prices in Idaho.

If that continues too long all those jobs will move offshore.

It wasn't easy to transition to remote work for many jobs but a lot of them did it over the pandemic.

All I'm saying is that those people who are working from home and super happy about it better keep a pulse on their job because if you never need to go to the office or meet a client face-to-face or go to a worksite you should really have something planned in case you get canned.
