The problem isn't really racism, it's that they just hire their buddies and don't like hiring minorities because they don't fit in with their culture. You see a lot of these companies hiring all white people because they have a culture, one that's very spoiled and fake, and minorities tend not to buy into that. Plus even if you try, they don't want you around. In Michigan, they all travel up north to cabins and cottages just to get away from minorities. They're just recreating the fifties up there.

Asians are good at math, yet from my experience, I haven't ever met one Asian math or science teacher in my area. One that I knew of was forced to work charter schools or something. I knew another Hispanic lady who could never find a job teaching Spanish. Great lady, they'd NEVER give her a chance. She grew up rich in Mexico.

Dude becoming a teacher is not hard, talented people don't want to do it because there's way more money in other fields. Banks have no problem hiring minorities. Your characterization of the all white, privileged boys club is some tired left-wing propaganda with no basis in modern reality.

Yeah that's exactly how I would describe your comment. It's like you got your whole worldview from tv movies and cnn.
