No, I am merely logical. The baby is clearly human, and clearly a baby. If murder is wrong, then it applies to babies as well. What is extreme is denying the babies humanity because you want to justify murder. Especially when 90% of abortions are done simply because the baby is not wanted.

Killing a baby illogical and immoral. Terminating a pregnancy within the first 12 weeks is not comparable to killing a baby. Are you going to go through and have every food and spice that can stimulate uterine contractions put on a list as illegal for women to consume at all after they start menstruating too? I guess no more Italian food since basil, oregano and rosemary are on there. No more passion flower tea to help with sleep, no chamomile tea to help with relaxation.

I have a hard line of no post-first trimester (up to 12 weeks) abortions outside of some sort of serious defect or the pregnancy being life threatening. My own line would be 9 weeks, but I'm not sure that I could go through the process myself. I certainly don't consider them to be anymore than the framework of basic human anatomy til after maybe 9 weeks. They don't have complex enough brain/nervous system development that early on to even feel pain.

A baby is a different organism from the mother. A mother does not have the right to kill her unborn child. You might as well say that a mother has a right to kill her child that is born out of her body also according to the laws that allow abortion.

Is that baby a part of the mother's body? If you can kill the baby at that age while its in the womb, then logically you should be allowed to kill it when it is outside of the womb, there is no difference.

If a mother can kill her unborn child, can she kill her child that is born then? Yes or no?

Do you actually know the process of abortions? It involves using a vacuum to violently destroy the fetus, and it later stages, ripping the baby limb from limb and crushing their head, and at the latest stages, killing the baby by injecting poison in them. That is what abortions are. Violent killing of a life.

That infant has an extremely high likelihood of suffering from long-term health problems.

The advocation for termination of a very much not viable fetus during the first trimester still stands. Especially when the rate of spontaneous abortion at that point is high enough as it is. A pregnancy at that point can be terminated by pill alone.
