i have been to city council meetings in berkeley. they dont really want to hear from you when you go to speak at city council.

i remember one of the council members was joking about how they have put so many "boots" on people's car wheels, and that this has generated $x, and then he said " we realize that we can only put so many boots on people's car wheels, lol"..

they are booting people's cars as a last ditch effort to raise $$.

our governments are busting at the seams.

This seems to bury the lede. If you do not wear a mask, you may kill people.
