Isn't that a case of Prior Restraint that the US Supreme Court has ruled on and decided arrest for future crime should not be allowed. I'll watch Big Lebowski again and make sure.

But seriously, it is a very slippery slope here: Should rounding up the usual suspects be allowed in the case of rioters? Maybe tomorrow I'll be arrested for thought crime.

I'm fairly certain that arresting people loitering around a federal building, or in the middle of the street at one in the morning is justifiable. The proactive nature of this is, they are arresting people for lesser crimes before they commit greater crimes such as vandalism or arson. And no, federal agents do not need local authority to enforce laws in their jurisdiction. If a federal agent has been assigned a federal building as their jurisdiction, then local law enforcement must defer to them, and not the other way around.

I'm fairly certain that is what Covid-19 is for. Where as Black lives maters is just to give us a false protest to keep the people occupied. And the current administration is pushing back against both of those things, and getting destroyed in the media for doing so.

All of which is under the control the the DNC. But hey, what are you going to do about it?

The DNC is hopeless and maybe on purpose. But don't try to understand their logic because it will drive you nuts as a bunny. Sorry: technical language.
